User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts.

Candidate Obligations

  • Information provided in your profile and CV must be truthful and accurate.
  • You may not use the platform for purposes other than job searching.
  • You must not submit fraudulent applications.

Employer Obligations

  • Job listings must be genuine, legal, and accurately described.
  • Discriminatory listings are strictly prohibited.
  • Employers must comply with local labor laws in their respective countries.
  • Employers may not use candidate data for purposes other than recruitment.

Prohibited Content

Users may not post content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, or that violates the rights of others. Jobiglo reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on Jobiglo are protected by intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Jobiglo acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes and are not responsible for the actions of users on the platform.

Termination

Jobiglo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms of use, without prior notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the user resides. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts.
